Jennifer Piercy

Jennifer Piercy has been in the industry for almost 20 years. She is an educator, platform artist, and color specialist with advanced training. She has been named Educator of the Year and is one of the top 10 colorists of Farouk Systems. Jennifer has studied under some of the best hair artists in the industry. For the past 10 years, she has been a Farouk Systems Educator and is on their Creative Artist Design team. She is also a platform artist at hair shows.

In the Salon, Jennifer has a passion to share her knowledge with her clients and those around her. She trains future stylist through her apprentice program. In this program, she helps other stylists develop confidence in their abilities, teaches them about color and design, and teaches them to be the best they can be.

Outside the salon, Jennifer spends her time teaching classes to other hair artists and working at hair shows. She finds her work very rewarding and looks forward to working with her clients and staying up to date with all the future changes in the beauty industry.

Melissa Castro

Melissa Castro is a licensed stylist for Jennifer Piercy. She has been in the beauty industry for 2 ½ years and is a graduate of ITS Academy. Prior to becoming a hair stylist, she was an apprentice with Jennifer for nine months and Rene Teague Osuna for two months. During her apprenticeships, she received advanced training in color, retexturizing, and cutting. Melissa is dedicated to advancing her skills for her clients and is excited to pass her knowledge on to new stylists in the Hair Options Salon apprentice program. She is a Farouk Systems educator. She will be able to educate other stylists and work at hair shows. She has already participated in many events and is extremely excited about her new career.

Ashley Wood                                                           

Ashley has been in the industry for 9 years. She has been a Farouk Systems educator for one year. She takes pride in teaching other stylist the latest coloring techniques and cuts. Ashley was trained by Jennifer Piercy to become an educator and also works out in the field with her. She always keeps up with the latest styles and trends so all of her clients leave the salon looking great! Ashley is dedicated to her clients and passionate about her career. She is an awesome addition to our team.


Rob Christian

Rob Christian is an  artistically motivated stylist. Rob has 
been in the industry for 20 years. He has done everything from apprenticing in "the early" days to being a platform artist and educator for some major manufacturers. He has worked countless hairshows and taught many educational events. Rob has a strong belief in education! HIS FAVORITE IS MODEL NIGHT IN THE SALON!!! His goal is to make every client look and feel their very best. Rob custom formulates every color specifically for each individual need. He designs ever cut and color based on the clients needs, physical features, hair type, and WHAT'S WAITING ON BEING UNLEASED FROM THE INSIDE!  LOL...  Rob has a great personality, he's dependable, and very talented!
      

Rachel Webster

Che Obiako

Che is the Apprentice for the Hair Options Team. He is newly licensed stylist.  He has been recently promoted from a Shampoo Apprentice to an Apprentice.  CONGRADULATIONS CHE!!! Che is also being trained as an educator and attends weekly trainings. Outside of the salon, Che volunteers his time with the Hair Options Team during other educational events. We are so excited to have Che on The Hair Options Team! He is an excellent asset to all of us.


Nathan Piercy

Nathan Piercy, Jennifer’s son, comes from generations of hairstylists. He is in the early stages of his apprenticeship. Nathan has many jobs in the salon, including greeting clients, booking appointments, prepping clients, processing payments, and selling retail products. He has attended many education events and hair shows with his family. He has even attended a hands on cutting class with his grandfather, which was taught by his mom.
